Refund Policy
1. General
1.1. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all aesthetic treatments and retail products offered by Neos Aesthetics.
1.2. All treatments are discussed during the consultation, including suitability and expected outcomes.
2. Refunds for Treatments
2.1. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments, including:
– Injectable treatments (Profhilo, Nucleofill, Fat Dissolving)
– Collagen Lift
– Microneedling (including RF)
– Dermaceutic chemical peels
– T-Shape 2 body treatments
– Holistic services (massage, reflexology)
– Any treatment packages
2.2. If a client is medically unsuitable for a procedure during consultation, and no alternative service is appropriate, a refund or credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
3. Appointment Changes & Non-Attendance
3.1. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
3.2. Repeated non-attendance may result in limitations on future bookings.
4. Retail Products (Non-Returnable)
4.1. All retail products sold at Neos Aesthetics, including:
– food supplements,
– skincare,
– aftercare products,
– professional-use products,
are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
4.2. Please check suitability with the practitioner before purchase.
4.3. Faulty packaging (e.g., broken seal at point of sale) must be reported immediately.
