1. General
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, and retail product sales at Neos Aesthetics.
1.2. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. All clients must provide accurate medical information prior to treatment.

2. Consultations
2.1. A consultation is required before any aesthetic treatment, including but not limited to Collagen Lift, injections (Profhilo, Nucleofill, fat dissolving), Dermaceutic peels, microneedling, and T-Shape 2 treatments.
2.2. The practitioner may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not suitable based on the client’s health, medication, or skin condition.
2.3. Consultation notes are kept securely and confidentially in accordance with GDPR.

3. Treatment Conditions
3.1. Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare guidance provided by the practitioner.
3.2. Clients under 18 are not eligible for aesthetic treatments.
3.3. Alcohol or recreational drug use prior to an appointment may result in refusal of treatment for safety reasons.
3.4. Some treatments require multiple sessions. Information about recommended courses will be discussed during consultation.

4. Health & Safety
4.1. If you develop any unexpected reaction after treatment, you must contact the clinic as soon as possible.
4.2. Neos Aesthetics uses only professional-grade, clinic-approved products and devices.
4.3. The practitioner reserves the right to stop or refuse a treatment if a client behaves in a way that compromises safety.

5. Appointments & Scheduling
5.1. If you need to reschedule, please notify the clinic early so your time slot can be reassigned.
5.2. Frequent last-minute cancellations or repeated non-attendance may result in restrictions on future bookings.
5.3. The clinic may request prepayment for future appointments if same-day cancellations repeatedly occur.

6. Payments
6.1. Payment for treatments is due on the day of service.
6.2. Prepaid packages must be used within their validity period; extensions may be granted at the clinic’s discretion.
6.3. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. Retail Products
7.1. All retail items — including supplements, skincare, and aftercare products — are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
7.2. Clients are advised to confirm product suitability with the practitioner before purchasing.
7.3. Any issues with packaging must be reported immediately upon purchase.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Clients must disclose any recent medical procedures, medications, allergies, or skin conditions.
8.2. Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time.
8.3. Clients must adhere to aftercare instructions to support optimal treatment results.

9. Liability
9.1. Neos Aesthetics is not responsible for complications resulting from:
– failure to follow aftercare advice,
– undisclosed medical conditions,
– treatments performed by other providers after your appointment.
9.2. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Irish law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1. All personal data is collected and stored in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2. Client information is confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe treatment and communication.

11. Changes to Terms
11.1. Neos Aesthetics may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
11.2. The latest version will always be available upon request or provided at the time of booking.
